CHRIS "BUCKY" BATEMAN
LMFT #106150

I pursued counseling after being a family pastor for many years. Looking for tools to to help people, I returned to school and earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2005.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a broad range of issues. Early on, I was immersed in challenging family work providing therapy to families looking to reunify after abuse. I provided in-home therapy with families of incarcerated teens and have years of experience helping college students manage life transitions, anxiety and depression.

In my private practice, I have focused on working with couples in distress and those wanting deeper connection with their partner. I do individual work as well and really love helping entire families.

I am often sought out by those looking to integrate their faith into their counseling.  I work hard at professional growth and honing my skills as a therapist and love what I get to do. It is an honor to step into the lives of my clients at pivotal times in their journey.
